Our EDGE Open Tools™ proprietary EAI toolset integrates the EDGE application with third-party software via XML, EDI, and direct database access. With it, we can consolidate demand from all your existing channels—web portals, call centers, EDI, and more—apply EDGE business rules, and seamlessly distribute orders to ERP, WMS, and TMS for fulfillment.

EDGE Order Capture Module IconOrder Capture supports single orders, distribution orders (multiple recipient), and recurring orders placed through external web portals or directly into the back-end EDGE system. All tasks normally associated with initiating a new order, including accessing customer information, placing items in a shopping cart, checking out and/or placing an order on hold, and payment processing, are completed in this module.
EDGE Order Management Module IconOrder Management provides a real-time order activity management module, allowing you to manage backorders, returns, and exceptions as well as change or edit order details. Orders can also be sorted and indexed by any number of attributes, including customer, date range, source, priority, and status. If necessary, the results can be downloaded to a spreadsheet or a plain-text file for analysis.
EDGE Back Office Module IconBack Office enables authorized users to adjust orders as necessary. You have the capability to adjust various aspects of an order including billing and shipping information, payments, ship methods, and line items and associated quantities on the order.  Also, packing slips and invoices can be printed.
EDGE Inventory Management Module IconInventory Management (Master IMS) is a direct link to your network of warehouses systems, giving you access to real-time inventory levels and usage details. Since you’re in control, you can add or delete items, create categories, build kits or assemblies, and assign new SKUs as needed. You can also issue warehouse work orders and advanced shipping notices (ASNs).
EDGE Catalog Management Module IconCatalog Management allows you to dynamically build custom catalogs for your various constituencies. You can create item attributes, assign selling rules, assign items to multiple categories and subcategories, post descriptions, and attach digital assets, including PDF, PowerPoint, and other document formats; photos and graphic images; and audio, video, and spreadsheet files.
EDGE Demand Rules Module IconDemand Rules set and control demand for catalog items. You establish the parameters for each item, including user accessibility by member or group, determine quantities that can be ordered, set prices, apply discounts, and run promotions. Affiliate features allow you to support commissions and credit sales to appropriate sources (e.g. associated websites, call centers, marketing partners, and/or specific campaigns).
EDGE Logistics Management Module IconLogistics Management is where you manage your network of warehouses and their performance rules. You create and administer customer shipping rules and the logic for routing orders to providers and/or warehouses anywhere in the world, enabling you to optimize inventory, manage shipping costs, and improve delivery performance.
EDGE Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Module IconWarehouse Shipping & Receiving is where you can view and fulfill orders without a WMS system. You can complete this aspect of the order process independently, enabling you to establish a virtual warehouse if needed.
EDGE Content Management Module IconContent Management allows you to dynamically create, edit, and publish web pages and content on your portals. Templates let you easily add new text and graphics in a number of different layouts, all of which can then be reviewed before final posting on your live sites. This is also where we manage the digital asset library.
EDGE Customer Relationship Management Module IconCustomer Relationship Management is where your customer, distributor, and/or membership databases are stored and managed. Profiles are created here and can include details like budget/spending caps, group affiliations, passwords, address information, and unlimited unique attributes.
EDGE Communications/Events Management Module IconCommunications/Events Management is your automatic messaging center that supports customer and user e-mail messaging based on events you define. You identify the recipients (e.g. the customer, the warehouse, or a sales representative) and the message (e.g. a thank you or a promotion).
EDGE Marketing Execution Module IconMarketing Execution allows you to track, analyze, and report on order activities by specific marketing campaign, market segment, market source, or promotional offers.
EDGE Reporting Module IconReporting consolidates information related to orders, catalogs, inventory, and customer activities in one place so you can view, download, and analyze near real-time data, making tactical decisions and modifying your execution plans.
EDGE System Administration Module IconSystem Administration is where you configure your order capture portals and projects. It’s also where you create users and manage access rights and privileges, granting or restricting access to modules and/or functions within modules as necessary.
EDGE Purchase Order Management Module iconPurchase Order Management provides an enterprise repository to view and monitor purchase order transactions among your supply chain business partners.
EDGE E-Mail Broadcasting Module IconE-Mail Broadcasting enables users to create and execute targeted e-mail communications to both EDGE-based member groups and to external e-mail lists.
